Folklore & Ghost Stories
Candlelit salons, spirit walks, haunted history, and the strange old stories that still move through the city.
New Orleans Witch Collective is a public gathering place for people drawn to witchcraft, folklore, ghost stories, seasonal ritual, practical magic, and the haunted beauty of this city.
Some nights are light and social: ghost walks, book clubs, movie nights, cards on the table. Others are deeper: ritual, lectures, workshops, and intimate seasonal gatherings.
You do not need to be an expert to come here. You only need curiosity, respect, and a willingness to enter the room with care.
Our gatherings are built around conversation, practice, story, and place.
Candlelit salons, spirit walks, haunted history, and the strange old stories that still move through the city.
Classes and workshops in candle magic, protection, ritual structure, charm work, and everyday magical practice.
Practice nights, readings, study circles, and cards-on-the-table gatherings for all experience levels.
Sabbats, moon gatherings, river-inspired ritual, and community observances rooted in rhythm.
Occult book club, candlelight cinema, salons for curious minds, and evenings that linger.
A welcoming space for witches, seekers, artists, readers, locals, visitors, and the spiritually curious.
Every gathering is RSVP-based so the room stays intentional, comfortable, and welcoming.
Be the first to hear about upcoming salons, ghost walks, classes, rituals, book clubs, movie nights, and last-minute openings.
Email is used for full announcements. SMS is used for timely reminders, event changes, and occasional openings. You can choose one or both.
The Collective is public, but the space is intentional. We welcome beginners, seasoned practitioners, locals, visitors, skeptics, seekers, readers, writers, artists, and the spiritually curious.
Listen generously. Share thoughtfully. Do not dominate the space.
New Orleans is not a backdrop. We honor place, history, complexity, and living culture.
No harassment, spiritual superiority, predatory behavior, or pressure to disclose.
Magic is welcome here. So are questions, nuance, humor, and common sense.
